On October 28 and 30, 2024, the restaurant and banquet service team of Impact Exhibition Management Co., Ltd. participated in a specially curated “Luxury Service Enhancement” program at Nai Lert Butler Academy. This marked the kickoff of a promising long-term collaboration focused on strengthening service capabilities and refining guest experiences across all restaurant and event operations.
The two-day training was thoughtfully designed to immerse participants in the fundamentals of luxury hospitality. Key topics included shaping a luxury service mindset, enhancing verbal and non-verbal communication, practicing appropriate etiquette and professional manners, understanding international food and beverage service protocols, and mastering the art of customer handling.
This initiative reflects a shared commitment between both organizations to elevate service excellence and consistently deliver memorable, world-class hospitality.
