On 21–22 May 2025, CBRE Thailand collaborated with Nai Lert Butler Academy to deliver a private Front of House Service Excellence training for its Property Management staff.

The program was led by Mr. Pisit Hongsakornprasert, Academic Director and Nai Lert Butler Director of Nai Lert Education Co., Ltd., alongside CBRE Thailand’s leadership—Ms. Roongrat Veeraparkkaroon, Managing Director, and Ms. Phatsareephak Srikanchananon, Head of Property Management.

Designed to elevate service standards, the course focused on advanced grooming, effective communication, and techniques for managing challenging client interactions. Participants also learned to craft refined guest experiences by combining Thai hospitality with global service standards.

This initiative highlights CBRE Thailand’s commitment to continuous professional development and service excellence across its teams.
