CPF TRAINING CENTER THAILAND STRENGTHENS COLLABORATION WITH NAI LERT BUTLER ACADEMY THROUGH FOOD AND BEVERAGE SERVICE EXCELLENCE WORKSHOP

Bangkok, 28 March 2025 — CPF Training Center Co., Ltd. (CPFTC) has extended its collaboration with Nai Lert Butler Academy by participating in a bespoke 2-day Food and Beverage Service Delivery Excellence Workshop, held on 27–28 March 2025 at the Avani Hotel, Ratchadapisek.

As part of this initiative, CPFTC and Nai Lert Butler Academy co-developed a tailored 3-day workshop focused on elevating standards in food and beverage service across CPF’s restaurant and food chain businesses. This customized program was designed to support CPF’s management and training experts in mastering key service competencies that directly impact customer satisfaction and business excellence.

Workshop topics included service mindset development, effective communication with clients, service recovery strategies, and fundamental wine and beverage knowledge and so on. The training combined theoretical learning with practical application, allowing participants to demonstrate their understanding and engage in knowledge exchange through real-time scenarios and group discussions.
